Samantha Lopez-Resendez is an Austin resident and public servant who has worked at the Texas Capitol, including as Chief of Staff to State Representative Donna Howard. A proud Latina and first-generation college graduate, she is running as a Democrat for the Texas House of Representatives to represent District 50. Her work has focused on issues important to Texans, such as public schools, healthcare, and workers' rights.
