Biography
Russell McAlmond is a Republican candidate for both US Senate and US Representative, 2nd District, in the 2026 Oregon Primary Election. A US Marine Corps veteran, he holds an MBA, MSFS, and CFP, and has worked as an executive financial planner. McAlmond is currently the Executive Director and Founder of the Center for Human Equality (CHE) in Oregon and a Chief Investment professional.
