Biography
Russell Fry practiced law along the Grand Strand for more than a decade after graduating from Charleston School of Law, where he was Student Bar Association president, per his official House biography. He represented South Carolina House District 106 for seven years, including as Chief Majority Whip, and chaired the House Opioid Abuse Prevention Study Committee. He self-funded his undergraduate education at the University of South Carolina and lives in Murrells Inlet, per the campaign site.
