Biography
Rory E. Hoskins is a Democratic candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives, 7th Congressional District of Illinois. He has served as Mayor of Forest Park since 2019, becoming the first Black mayor of the village and being re-elected in 2023. Previously, Hoskins was a Forest Park Village Commissioner from 2007 to 2015, where he led the creation of the village's Diversity Commission.
