Roosevelt Williams III is a lifelong San Diegan, visionary leader, entrepreneur, and community advocate with over 20 years of experience serving the people of District 4. He is running for San Diego City Council – District 4 to be a visible, vocal, and accountable leader for the community. Williams III has a proven record of service, including authoring the Responsible Banking Ordinance and founding Young Black & N’ Business to empower entrepreneurs.
