Biography
Roger Williams is a Republican Congressman representing Texas's 25th District. Prior to his election to Congress in 2012, he served as Texas Secretary of State under Governor Rick Perry and was a small business owner. He currently chairs the House Small Business Committee and is a member of the House Financial Services Committee.
