Biography
Roger Marshall is a Kansas OB-GYN from Great Bend and the state's sitting U.S. senator, per the campaign site. He is a fifth-generation Kansas farm kid born in El Dorado, with a biochemistry degree from Kansas State University (1982) and a medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine (1987), per the campaign site. He served in the U.S. House for Kansas's 1st District from 2017 to 2021 and was sworn in as a U.S. senator on January 3, 2021, per the campaign site.
