Biography
Robin Kelly is a Democratic politician who has served as U.S. Representative for Illinois's 2nd congressional district since 2013. Her prior roles include serving in the Illinois House of Representatives, as chief of staff to the Illinois State Treasurer, and as Cook County chief administrative officer. She also became the first woman and African American to chair the Illinois Democratic Party.
