Biography
Robert Jackson is the incumbent New York State Senator for District 31, representing Washington Heights, Inwood, and parts of the Bronx. A Democrat and the first Muslim NY State Senator, he previously served as a NYC Councilmember from 2002 to 2013. He is currently in his third term, having been first elected in 2018.
