Biography
Robert C. Jr. White is a Democratic at-large member of the Washington, D.C. City Council, first elected in 2016, and is currently running for U.S. Congress from D.C. A fifth-generation Washingtonian, he holds degrees from St. Mary’s College of Maryland and American University Washington College of Law, and previously served as Legislative Counsel to Rep. Eleanor Holmes Norton.
