Biography
Robert Barrios is the Vice Chair of the Utility Board of Key West, serving Seat D, which represents voters outside Key West city limits. Born and raised in Key West, he worked for Keys Energy Services for 28 years in various roles and currently serves as Vice President for KW Resort Utilities Corp. He was first elected to Seat D in 2018.
