Biography
Robert Anthony Rocky Capt Rochford served in the U.S. Navy from 1985 to 2018, achieving the rank of Captain. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Marine Transportation from Massachusetts Maritime Academy and a Master's in National Security from the U.S. Naval War College.
