Biography
Rob Sand is a Democratic candidate for Iowa governor and the state auditor. His campaign biography says he grew up in Decorah, worked as an assistant Iowa attorney general and public corruption prosecutor, prosecuted major fraud cases and has twice been elected Iowa State Auditor.
