Rick Hillenbrand

Rick Hillenbrand is a Republican currently serving as a member of the West Virginia House of Delegates for the 88th district, having assumed office in December 2022. A retired Naval Engineer and Program Manager, he previously served as a US Navy Engineering Duty Officer from 1978 to 1999. He holds multiple degrees, including a B.E. from SUNY Maritime College and M.S. and Ocean Engineer degrees from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
