Biography
Rick Blackwell is an educator and administrator who has served on the Louisville Metro Council for District 12 since 2002. A lifelong resident of Louisville, he graduated from Bishop David High School, earned a bachelor's degree from Bellarmine University, and holds master's and doctoral degrees from Spalding University. He has worked as an educator for over 30 years, including as President of DeSales High School.
