Biography
Richard Hayes is an AV Rated real estate and business trial lawyer, and a founding partner of Hayes, Berry, White & Vanzant, L.L.P., a law firm serving North Texas since 1985. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Christian University, an MBA from Texas A&M University, and a law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law. He currently serves as the Republican Representative for Texas House District 57, a position he has held since 2023.
