Biography
Mark Rice is a Republican candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives, representing Illinois' 8th District. He has lived in Illinois for nearly 40 years, where he and his wife raised four children, and built a successful energy business in Chicago. Rice is a fourth-generation Texan who graduated from the University of Texas and has served on various boards in Illinois.
