Rennie Hill Mann, born in Waxahachie, Texas, is a small business owner and rancher who previously operated Mann Glass Co. He has served as school board president in Richland Springs for over 14 years and was also president of the Richland Springs Booster Club and Howlers Club. Mann withdrew from the 2026 U.S. Senate race in Texas.
