Renard U. Johnson

Renard U. Johnson is the Mayor of El Paso, having assumed office on January 6, 2025. A lifelong resident of El Paso, he is a local businessman who founded METI Inc., a systems engineering and IT company, and El Perro Grande Tequila. Johnson graduated from Andress High School and the University of Texas at El Paso, and has served on numerous community boards.
