Biography
Reggie Gaffney, a Florida A&M University graduate, established the Community Rehabilitation Center, Inc. (CRC) in 1993 to provide healthcare and social services. He has held various public service roles, including Chairman of the Jacksonville Port Authority Board and Jacksonville City Councilman for District 7, and is currently running for the Florida House of Representatives to represent District 13.
