Beach has served as a part-time municipal judge for the Huntsville Municipal Court since 2024 and has been the founding attorney of Beach Law Practice since 2011, handling bankruptcy, estate planning, personal injury and veterans' appeals cases, per the campaign site. She previously worked as a corporate staff attorney handling insurance claims and as an advisory attorney for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, per the campaign site. She holds a law degree from Vermont Law School and a criminal justice degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, per the campaign site.
