Biography
Ralph Prioleau Jr., a Democrat, has announced his candidacy for the Berkeley County Council District 7 seat. A Berkeley County resident with experience in local and state politics, Prioleau currently serves as Third Vice Chair of the South Carolina Democratic Party and as Assistant Dean of Academic Administration and Assessment at the Charleston School of Law. He previously chaired the Berkeley County Democratic Party.
