Biography
Ralph Hise is a Republican member of the North Carolina State Senate, representing District 47. First elected in 2010, he is currently serving his seventh term and holds the position of Deputy President Pro Tempore. He co-chairs the Appropriations/Base Budget Committee and the Redistricting and Elections Committee.
