Biography
Rafael Anchia is a State Representative currently serving his tenth term in the Texas Legislature, representing District 103, which includes parts of Dallas, Carrollton, Farmers Branch, and Irving. First elected in November 2004, he serves as Chairman of the House Subcommittee on Telecommunications and Broadband and on the House Committees on State Affairs and Environmental Regulation. Prior to his legislative service, Anchia was a Trustee for the Dallas Independent School District.
