R. Cary Capparelli is an instructor/professor in Geography and Geo Sciences at South Dakota State University and President of OMNI-Communique. He holds a PhD in Geography and has served on the Illinois International Port District and the Illinois Banking and Real Estate Board, having run for multiple offices as both a Democrat and Republican.
