Biography
Phillip Shepard (Republican Party) is a member of the North Carolina House of Representatives, representing District 15 since 2011. He previously worked at the Traffic Management Office, Camp Lejeune for 36 years and served as pastor of Lighthouse Baptist Church for 12 years. He attended Coastal Carolina Community College.
