Biography
Phillip L. Goodman, a native North Carolinian, has resided in the Florida Keys since 1999. He holds a B.S. in Chemistry from North Carolina State University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina, having spent over 40 years in the global chemical industry. Goodman has served as the Florida Keys Mosquito Control District 2 Commissioner since 2011 and as Board Chair since 2016.
