Biography
Phillip Baker was appointed to the Louisville Metro Council to represent District 6 in February 2023 and was elected in November 2023. He previously served as a Community Liaison for the Sixth District Louisville Metro Councilman and is currently a Family Resource Coordinator for Jefferson County Public Schools. Baker resides in Old Louisville with his wife and three sons.
