Biography
PHILIP A. HARDING (Republican Party) ran for election to the Mississippi House of Representatives to represent District 115 in 2023. A military officer who served in the U.S. Air Force from 1982 to 2012, Harding also owned and operated a third-party logistics business. He earned a bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University and a graduate degree from Troy University.
