Biography
State Representative Phil Plummer has an extensive record of service, including 30 years in the Montgomery County Sheriff’s office, where he served 10 years as Sheriff and SWAT Team Commander. He is a State Representative for District 39, first elected in 2018, and holds degrees in criminal justice and business management.
