Biography
Phil Mallow is a Republican member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 75. He assumed office on December 1, 2022, having previously served District 50 starting in 2020. Born in Cumberland, Maryland, Mallow is a retired UPS manager and an alumnus of Allegany College of Maryland.
