Biography
Phil Berger, Jr. is an American lawyer and Republican who has served as an Associate Justice of the North Carolina Supreme Court since January 1, 2021. Prior to this role, he served as a judge on the North Carolina Court of Appeals and as district attorney for Rockingham County. He also previously ran for the U.S. House of Representatives.
