Biography
Pete Rusek served on the Midway ISD Board of Trustees for nearly three decades, including 20 years as Board President, where he focused on long-term planning and serving students and families. He was honored as the 2025 Friend of Midway for his exceptional service. In September, Governor Greg Abbott appointed Rusek to the 74th Judicial District Court.
