Biography
Pearl Eva Walker is a Memphis City Councilmember representing District 3, having assumed office in January 2024. A proud native Memphian, she is dedicated to amplifying community voices and revitalizing neighborhoods through initiatives like the "I Love Whitehaven Neighborhood and Business Association." As Councilwoman, she chairs the Memphis Light, Gas, and Water Committee and serves as Vice Chair of the Libraries and Neighborhood Improvement Committee.
