Biography
Paula C. Blackmon is a member of the Dallas City Council, representing District 9, and assumed office in June 2019. Currently in her fourth term, she has previously served as Deputy Chief of Staff to former Dallas Mayor Tom Leppert, Chief of Staff to former Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings, and Senior Advisor for Dallas ISD Superintendent Mike Miles.
