Biography
Paul Young is a lifelong Memphian who has dedicated his career to economic and community development. He currently serves as President and CEO of the Downtown Memphis Commission and previously led the City of Memphis Division of Housing and Community Development. Young was elected Mayor of Memphis on October 5, 2023, after campaigning on a platform focused on unifying the city and addressing disparities.
