Biography
Paul Xiong is a Republican candidate for U.S. Congress in Minnesota's 4th Congressional District in the 2026 election. He is a community leader, former law enforcement officer, and former Chairman of the Hmong 18 Council. Born in Laos during wartime, Xiong immigrated to the U.S. and has worked with federal and local law enforcement, later securing significant funding for the Hmong Community Center.
