Biography
Paul Nolley was born in Rockford to working-class parents and began working at 15. He attended Illinois State University with the help of Pell grants and student loans. He later served his hometown by raising support for youth services, expanding homeownership, and leading disaster relief planning. Currently, Nolley is the executive director of Project First Rate, advocating for blue-collar apprenticeship programs and responsible construction policies. He is running for U.S. House, Illinois - 16, motivated by a desire to prioritize working families over the ultra-rich.
