Biography
Paul L. Leal, a Republican, serves as the Williamson County Constable for Precinct 4 in Texas, an office he assumed on January 1, 2021. With over 25 years in law enforcement, including experience as a police sergeant, he has been recognized with awards such as the 2022 State of Texas Law Enforcement Achievement Award for Public Service. He is also known for implementing the "You Dump It, You Clean It" campaign to combat illegal dumping.
