Biography
Paul E. Ridley began his career as a city planner and later became a licensed architect before practicing construction law in Dallas for over 30 years. A long-time resident of Old East Dallas, he has served on the Dallas Plan Commission and Landmark Commission, and was elected to the Dallas City Council representing District 14 in 2021. He currently serves as vice-chair of the Council Environmental and Sustainability Committee, and on the Housing and Homelessness Committee, Quality of Life Committee and Government Performance and Financial Management Committee.
