Biography
Patty Garcia, daughter of Mexican immigrants, is an organizer, strategist, and coalition builder with a Ph.D. in Education Policy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She previously served as chief of staff for Congressman Chuy Garcia. Patty Garcia is running for the U.S. House to represent Illinois' 4th Congressional District, where she aims to bring funding and services to communities and challenge abusive enforcement practices.
