Biography
Patti Heffernan is an incumbent member of the Appleton Common Council, representing District 8, a position she has held since 2024. She also serves as chair of the Historic Preservation Commission and is a member of the Fox Cities Transit Commission and the Utilities Committee. Heffernan is the executive director of Helios Heuristic Inc. and owner of Helios Recovery Services.
