Biography
Patrick Ryan is an American businessman, politician, and former U.S. Army intelligence officer. A Democrat, he currently serves as the U.S. Representative for New York's 18th congressional district, having previously represented the 19th district and served as Ulster County Executive. Ryan is a combat veteran who served two tours in Iraq.
