Biography
Patrick John Mr. Timmins is a Democratic candidate running for election to the U.S. House to represent New York's 12th Congressional District. A longtime New York litigator and adjunct law professor, he previously campaigned for Manhattan District Attorney. Born and raised in New York City, Timmins has lived in Manhattan his entire adult life.
