Biography
Oscar Rosa was born and raised in the Valley, working at his family's tire shop to help fund his education. After graduating from the University of Houston, he established his own pharmacy, aiming to provide jobs and healthcare to his community. He is currently running for election to the Texas House of Representatives to represent District 35 as a Republican.
