Biography
Nicole Collier is a Democratic member of the Texas House of Representatives, representing District 95 since 2013. She made history in 2012 as the first woman elected to represent House District 95 and later as the first woman to chair the Criminal Jurisprudence Committee in the 86th Texas Legislature. An attorney and small business owner, Collier earned her B.S. from the University of Houston and her law degree from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law.
