Nelida Mendoza is a U.S. Army veteran, former educator, and seasoned public servant. Her career includes serving as a Santa Ana Councilmember, a Trustee for Rancho Santiago Community College District, and working as a paralegal and teacher. She holds degrees from Santa Ana College and California State University, Fullerton.
