Biography
Neil P. Ramsey is President and Chief Executive Officer of Ramsey Quantitative Systems, Inc. (RQSI), a Louisville, Kentucky-based private investment firm. He is primarily responsible for the leadership of quantitative strategies development and providing strategic direction for RQSI. Mr. Ramsey previously worked as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group and holds a BE in Engineering and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
