Biography
Morgan Cephas was elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in November 2016, representing District 192. A lifelong public servant and native of West Philadelphia, she has worked to forge cross-sector collaborations to address community challenges. Morgan Cephas is also a candidate for the U.S. House to represent Pennsylvania's 3rd Congressional District.
