Biography
Mona C. Clark is the incumbent candidate for Key West Utility Board Seat A, having served since 2004. She was the first elected female board member and the first elected by all KEYS service area voters, later becoming the first female and African American Utility Board Chair from 2020-2022. A retired educator and administrator with 35 years in the Monroe County School District, Clark holds a master's in educational leadership and has served on various community boards.
